The new edition of Fiúntas Nua, created for 2023, is a complete and comprehensive package that meets all requirements for Leaving Certificate Irish, Higher Level. It is a two-book set that includes a textbook and an Exam Exercise Book, called "Cleachtadh don Scrúdú".

Fiúntas Nua presents updated exam guidelines, notes, and sample questions and answers for both the poetry and prose units. It also includes updated topics and essays/comprehensions for the composition/reading comprehension unit, and updated listening comprehensions in a dedicated unit. Additionally, the pack offers new exam guidelines and updated reading comprehensions for the extra reading comprehensions unit.

This set also comes with two supplementary booklets, "Cleachtadh Don Scrúdú" and "Sraith Pictiúr". The "Cleachtadh Don Scrúdú" booklet gives students additional practice for the oral exam and listening comprehension. The "Sraith Pictiúr" booklet provides the 20 picture sets used in the oral exam, along with related vocabulary and relevant questions. Teachers are supplied with a comprehensive booklet that contains an additional 60 picture sets.
